Robert B. Mobasseri, Principal Attorney, ROMO Law Group

Principal Attorney, ROMO Law Group. Real estate and civil litigation in Encino, California.

Robert B. Mobasseri has practiced law in California since 1997. He handles real estate and civil litigation — purchase and sale disputes, seller nondisclosure and fraud, boundary and easement disputes, partition and quiet title actions, construction defect claims, zoning and land use, and contract disputes — representing property owners, buyers, sellers, investors and homeowners associations throughout Southern California.

He is also a licensed California real estate broker — DRE License No. 01992146, issued in 2017. For the past 29 years he has been an active real estate investor in his own right and has represented investor clients in acquisitions, dispositions and the disputes that follow them. That combination is unusual, and it is the reason clients with income property tend to find their way to him: he has sat on both sides of the table, and he reads a rent roll, an assignment of rents and a purchase agreement the way a principal does rather than only the way a litigator does.

ROMO Law Group is a boutique firm by design. There are no layers of associates between a client and the attorney handling the matter. Consultations are free.
